First of all, a whole whack of new Walk Vlogs added. I've been doing them pretty regularly. Huzzah for fresh, consistent content (even if it is me rambling like an idiot.)
Speaking of rambling, launched a new YouTube channel for a sorta not-show called Ramble On. Think of it like my Ninja Vlogs but with other people involved. Here's hoping I can keep THAT content consistently flowing too!
Lots of tentative plans in the works right now. Whitless has a new Letters video AND another project not unlike the Life Like Myst video both in the writing stage. Mai Sheri and I are hashing out the details of a few videos involving her Fluttershy costume that she's working on. A friend of Whitless has asked me to be involved with a short film he has written. (Not sure yet if I'm gonna sign on for that yet). Mai Sheri and I have been indirectly approached to maybe do some promotional video material for an American convention we are going to visit in the summer. My Spring/Summer season is now riddled with conventions that I'm going to be at.
_Happy New Year!!
Started vlogging quite a bit more lately. They've evolved into two different "types"
First of all is my "Ninja Vlogs" which I shoot with my camera and the best lighting/microphone setup I can muster in my tiny little apartment. These ones are usually accompanied by pictures and videos from the internet that I like to use to better illustrate what I'm talking about. I like doing these because it gives me a lot of practice with "sort-of" studio setup and editing, plus it lets me ramble on about geeky things I enjoy and, thanks to editing, sound halfway professional!
The second kind of vlogging I've been doing is what I call my "Walk Vlogs". I shoot these on my iPod really quickly (usually on my way to work every few days or so). No editing (aside from some very minor trimming at the top and tail) and pretty much just rough, unprepared rambling about stuff that's maybe a bit more personal but not discussed with a great amount of detail. These are great for me too because they are very quick and "easy" to make, plus since I usually shoot them outdoors they do a good job of putting me outside my comfort zone when it comes to shooting in public.
Whitless and I are planning another Letters To shoot this weekend. Be on the lookout for that in the coming weeks.
I've also started a new Playtime series! More awesome Valve games! Check it out!
